Fabulous mountain location, incredible view. Ski-in, ski-out access, though steep pistes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great food, very good.

My Xmas holidays at this hotel were amazing! The view from the room was stunning and it was very easy to access the ski lifts. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The food was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the fondue.
The hotel was quite secluded, which was great for privacy but meant that we had to drive quite far to access the nearest town. the rooms were quite dark and could have benefitted from better lighting.

This hotel is situated in an incredibly scenic and peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle. the room that we had offered breathtaking views, particularly from the balcony. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. the food was delicious and served hot. Plus, the ski-in, ski-out option was quite convenient. We also enjoyed the nice bathroom, comfy bed, and the lovely breakfast spread.
The menu in the restaurant seemed a bit limited and we would have appreciated more variety.

The view from the room was stunning and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also convenient for skiing in and out. The food was good, although the menu selection was limited. Despite these good aspects, my overall experience was disappointing.
The room was not what I had booked and it took some arguing to get the correct one. The hotel was also quite secluded and it was a bit of a hassle to get to Les Crosets. Additionally, the room was a bit dark and lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee-making facilities. I was not impressed with my experience at this hotel.

I had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The location was truly spectacular with breathtaking views from my room. The ski-in and ski-out facility was well-maintained and convenient. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
